Our Promise

Each My Yala product is created with care and intention.

We want you to feel supported and delighted with your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the personal and cyclical nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about our products — we’re always happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at seasontash@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

We may request that the original item be returned before a refund or replacement is processed.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for purpose.

If your item does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Returns Process

If a return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please package items securely for postage, as we cannot take responsibility for goods damaged in return transit.

Processing Time

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will always do our best to resolve things with care.

We honour the women - the mothers, daughters, aunties, and grandmothers - who have carried wisdom and tended to the earth’s cycles. Their footsteps, woven into soil and song, remind us that land itself holds memory, and that care for Country begins in every heart that listens.

We honour the men - the fathers, sons, uncles, and grandfathers - protectors and providers who have stood strong in their care for women, children, and Country.

Together, with the guidance of our families and communities, we have nurtured balance, safeguarded land and life, and continued the sacred responsibility of caring for the world around us
since the first dawn.
